Masturbation is a normal healthy part of sexuality in people single or otherwise it’s as normal as the air you breathe; some people are still caught up in the myth about masturbation:

  • your fingers won’t fall off
  • your vagina won’t close up
  • No your penis won’t clog up and fall off
  • And the famous one of all you won’t get blind.

The most common reasons adults give for masturbating are to relieve sexual tension achieve sexual pleasure have sex when partners are unavailable, Many people think that others masturbate only when they do not have a sex partner. But that is not true. In fact, people who have regular sex partners are more likely to masturbate than people without sex partners alone.

Masturbation is often thought of as a solo act, many people also enjoy masturbation together, which is called Mutual masturbation: (the act of two or more people masturbating in each other presence)

Masturbation is a feel good verb and it does feel good for those who have mastered the art, or at least attempt to try to discover what it is they like about touching themselves. It can help us explore the types of touch we like the most and help us learn how to get excited and how to reach orgasm. It’s not only about inserting your finger into your vagina or rubbing your clitoris it’s about making love and exploring your body; many women gets an orgasm with just playing with their nipples.

Lube plays a big part in masturbation, the wetter the better, it doesn’t matter what type of lube, water base or silicone whatever works for you.

For men performing masturbation, I can sum that up in 1 second, lube, 5 fingers and good porn done!

For some ladies rubbing directly may be too sensitive, try rubbing around the area instead of a more indirect contact. You will learn to know how and where to touch yourself for the best feeling the more you play. Get to know your own body, what feels good, what doesn’t etc.

You may want to use/try a vibrating sex toy to stimulate yourself by gently passing the head of the vibrator around the clitoral area, if it’s too sensitive turn down the speed of the vibrations. There are many vibrators to choose from, you may want to try different toys on different days with different speeds and vibrations. Always use a lubricant when using sex toys to ensure you don’t cause yourself any harm.

The removable shower head is also very sensually stimulating. If you can regulate the flow of water find a setting that gives you a steady stream of water building up to a strong jet and move it around letting the water stimulate your senses.

Don’t be afraid to love and discover what it is you love about you!

Squirting verses orgasm

Squirting verses orgasm

Is there a difference between having a mind shattering orgasm and squirting? Some think squirting is a myth and happens only in Porn.

Let’s break it down a bit, explaining the difference between both.

Female ejaculation (aka "squirting") involves women releasing fluids through their urethra during sexual excitement or orgasm, keep in mind that this is a bed soaking mess, meanwhile the lubrication you produced when you’re turned on is a small amount of whitish fluid that occurs during or just before you climax.

Let’s go back to female ejaculation aka squirting/gushing

Every woman should be able to squirt if they take the time to know their body, with the right stimulation mental or physical with or without penetration, it is possible, in theory. It may be more difficult for some because of her physical makeup: weak pelvic floor muscles, inability to properly relax, etc. It takes practice to perfect this trick and learn how to relax properly and go with the flow, so to speak. It is also not a bad idea for you to practice this on your own — then you can get the gist of it without feeling shy about the whole pee thing.

The next step is to try to induce the female ejaculation. This consists of keeping aroused, and firmly stimulating your G-spot (G-spot is area in the front wall of the vagina which is alleged to produce an extremely intense orgasm when stimulated). with either your fingers or a firm toy with a curved end, whatever you prefer, until you feel you’re ready.

When involving your partner you can use his penis or a toy to stimulate your g-spot, but it's probably a good idea to practice where you can a) see and feel precisely what you are doing and; b) use something direct and firm to keep the pressure even, and you both are control.

If your doing it correctly you’ll probably feel the desire to urinate, but if you keep this feeling alive and keep going, it will eventually turn into a very intense sexual feeling, once you’re at that point, more than likely your ready to ejaculate. Whatever happens, you need to keep yourself open and relaxed and let it flow. It may help if you push on your pelvic muscles if you feel it coming on but nothing seems to be happening — this will push it out.

Orgasm is a physical reflex, usually a pleasurable one, when the muscles that were tightened during sexual arousal relax and the body returns to its pre-arousal state. During sexual arousal there is increased blood flow to the genitals and tensing of muscles throughout the body and particularly in the genitals. Orgasm reverses this process through a series of rhythmic contractions. For women, contractions occur in the lower part of the vagina, in the uterus, anus, and pelvic floor.

So incense to have the ability to fully enjoy your body either by regular orgasm or female ejaculation embrace it and run with it. (Literally)
